Pastor attempts to bomb church in Edo

The police in Edo state have captured Abel Eku, presented over, a minister who endeavored to bomb the home office of the Christ Chosen Church of God in Edo state taking after his rejection from the congregation.

Abel who was paraded before newsmen in Benin city today, said he had served the congregation for a long time and was abused that he was expelled treacherously by the administration of the congregation on January 22nd.

The explosives were recognized and policemen were welcomed who exploded the explosives.

"It was out of annoyance that I planted the bomb. I was rejected from the congregation in the wake of serving for a long time. Subsequent to planting the bomb, I was not content with myself. I had a change of heart and called the general population about it. It was to startle people. I need to call individuals to check and diffuse it. I am 57 years of age. I had issues with my wife. We went to the congregation to determine it and it was not settled. It prompted my rejection. I was angry about the expulsion. I don't have the aim of executing people. My activity is extremely bad"he said Abel however did not reveal what the issues were.
